Leadership Team
Our leadership team consists of veterans in the analytics industry who all had accomplished corporate careers before founding and joining Blue Line. Our president, Craig Thier, himself, has over 30 years of experience in enterprise performance management, business process design, technology, and advanced analytics application. Following his footsteps is a team of talented software experts that have taken business solutions to a whole new level. Craig Thier
Craig is a co-founder and partner of Blue Line. A former healthcare Finance and Operations executive, Craig has over 30 Years experience in Enterprise Performance Management business process design, technology and applying advanced analytics. Craig started his career working for large integrated healthcare systems redesigning forecasting processes to become driver based and rolling, breaking the long-standing tradition of Annual Budgets. Leveraging this success, Craig has spent the past 20 years assisting companies improve forecasting processes, and selecting & implementing technology with the objectives of improving accuracy and decreasing cycle times and cost.
Gary Connors
Gary is a co-founder and partner of Blue Line. A former IBM/Cognos Architect in the Enterprise Planning space, Gary brings 25 years of experience in software implementation and process re-engineering to our clients. His insight in helping clients design and implement process changes to support ever evolving business needs has led to successful implementations at some of the worlds largest companies.
Before founding Blue Line, Gary was a 6 year veteran of Cognos, and prior to that he was the VP of Budgeting and Forecasting at Chase Manhattan’s Trust Services Division. Gary attended Pace University for his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.
John Bridges
John is the newest member of the Blue Line Leadership team and brings considerable Life Sciences expertise to the existing Practice Area. During his career, John has helped bring hundreds of implementations to successful conclusions for Life Sciences organizations. John has held positions of increasing responsibility in Finance with Life Sciences and Financial Technology organizations culminating with more than a decade with Genentech. At Genentech, he led Financial Solutions which was compromised of 5 technical teams specializing in finance and accounting processes. He served as the Finance lead for the Genentech/ Roche integration. John holds a degree in Chemistry and worked in the scientific community before earning an MBA in Finance.
